Howard Building Corporation (HBC) has appointed industry leader Brian Pawli as Project Executive in its OC office. With 28 years of industry experience and over $2.2 billion in managed construction, Brian will oversee client and project team relationships while strengthening HBC’s healthcare division. His strategic leadership and healthcare expertise will enhance HBC’s capabilities across the OC and LA tenant improvement markets.
Pawli has led OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects across OC and LA for clients including Hoag, Providence, UCLA, and Be Well OC. His healthcare construction experience also includes work on major projects for Miller Children’s Hospital (Memorial Care of Long Beach) and UCLA Santa Monica Replacement Hospital projects.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
