West Los Angeles-based data analytics firm IT Strategists Inc. was acquired by San Diego-headquartered tech consultancy Fairway Technologies March 26.
Fairway Technologies declined to disclose terms of the acquisition.
“By teaming up with IT Strategists, we are excited to support our customers’ transformation into the data-driven businesses of the future,” Fairway Technologies Chief Executive Brett Humphrey said in a statement.
IT Strategists was founded by entrepreneur Frank Bell in 1999 and lists Slack Technologies Inc., Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., Ticketmaster, and Downtown-based Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc. among its clients.
Fairway noted its “expanded capabilities” following the IT Strategists acquisition include optimizing cloud data storage, data organization and the development of enterprise software.
“Merging with Fairway provides us the capability to scale our data driven solutions in data pipelines, data governance, data quality and data organization to our customers,” Bell said in a statement.
