Founder, Chief Executive, Chair, Hudson Pacific Properties

Victor Coleman serves as chief executive and chair of Brentwood-based Hudson Pacific Properties Inc., which has been expanding locally, developing a studio named Sunset Glenoaks in Sun Valley and acquiring Quixote Studios in 2022. The company has also received planning approval for Sunset Waltham Cross north of London. Together with these additions, Hudson Pacific’s studio platform now encompasses 90 owned and leased sound stages. Last year, Hudson Pacific was honored with Nareit’s 2022 Office Leader in the Light Award and ranked #1 out of 96 companies in the Americas in GRESB’s Real Estate Assessment. Coleman serves on numerous boards, including the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
