Burton was instrumental in raising the capital for the first closing of Cityview’s flagship discretionary fund and in expanding strategic joint venture relationships that capitalize on upcoming buying opportunities. He oversees the company’s development team, which is building more than 3,000 units and delivering four projects in 2023. The Century City-based multifamily developer, which owns, operates, develops and manages mixed-use and multifamily properties across the western United States, has invested in more than 130 projects. In 2022, Burton became a member of the board at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. He also serves as co-chair of the Los Angeles Coalition.
