Ziman is the co-founder and chair of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. Ziman was also the founding chair and chief executive of Arden Realty Inc., which merged with General Electric in a $5 billion deal. Ziman established and endowed the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and the Ziman Family Oncology Outpatient Center at City of Hope. He serves as CEO and co-trustee of The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, which provides more than $12 million annually for education, health care and other programs. He’s also the co-trustee of the Gilbert Public Arts Foundation and a trustee for the Gilbert Collection Trust at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
