Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group

In 1994, Ressler, Avi Shemesh and Shaul Kuba founded CIM Group. A principal at the company, Ressler chairs its executive, investment, allocation and real assets management committees. CIM’s portfolio includes $32.6 billion in real estate, infrastructure and credit assets in 135 qualified urban communities. Prior to co-founding CIM, Ressler founded Orchard Capital Corp., where he continues to oversee the companies in which Orchard Capital or its affiliates invest. Ressler, who earned his juris doctorate and MBA degrees from Columbia University, serves as board chair, CEO and president of CIM Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. and chair of CIM Commercial Trust Corp.
