Williams is the chief executive officer and co-founder of The Beverly Hills Estates, which she launched with her husband, Branden Williams, after the two left Hilton & Hyland in 2020. Specializing in architecturally significant and historic properties, the husband-and-wife duo has achieved more than $12.5 billion in career sales, including more than $1.4 billion last year. The company set a record by simultaneously representing the buyer and seller of The One last year, the most expensive home ever sold at auction. It went for $141 million. In addition, the Williams’ development firm Disco Volante is constructing five mansions in conjunction with such designers as Lenny Kravitz and Scott Mitchell.
