Managing Principal, Los Angeles Region,, Cushman & Wakefield

As managing principal of Los Angeles for brokerage Cushman & Wakefield, Brodkin oversees downtown, West L.A., North L.A. and the South Bay. He joined the firm in 2021, after serving as executive vice president at Newmark Group Inc., where he was also the head of industrial and logistics services and the Los Angeles region market leader. Prior to beginning at Newmark in 2017, Brodkin was the director of real estate at flexible workspace provider Regus. At Regus he oversaw growth in the western U.S. and handled 1.5 million square feet of space expansion. Brodkin also worked at CBRE Group Inc. for nine years.
