As Compass’ regional vice president of Southern California and Hawaii, Beatty has delivered multibillion-dollar revenue growth to the company year after year. Beatty joined Compass in 2019 as a sales manager in Brentwood. He currently oversees 4,800 agents in 54 offices from San Luis Obispo to Orange County. In 2022, Compass was ranked the number one brokerage in Los Angeles based on L.A. County sales volume. A UCLA graduate, Beatty has worked in the real estate industry since 1993. He was an agent in Los Angeles before serving in a sales management role in Santa Barbara and then Los Feliz.
