Chief Executive, Watt Capital Partners

Watt oversees the day-to-day activities and strategic planning for Watt Capital Partners’ acquisitions, development and asset management of its 6 million-square-foot portfolio. In 2011, she led a reorganization that transformed the company from a traditional property management and leasing business to one that focuses on acquisitions and real estate development and joint venture opportunities. She also helped launch the company’s acquisition division, Watt Investment Partners. Watt is the 2022-23 president of the USC Alumni Association board of governors, serves on the USC Associates board and is a former chair and board member at the Los Angeles Business Council.
