Umansky is the founder and chief executive of the Beverly Hills-based boutique residential brokerage The Agency, which has been growing rapidly. Last year it earned $12.4 billion, up from $11.3 billion in 2021. The Agency also launched its own Netflix show, “Buying Beverly Hills” and started 24 new franchises in 2022. During the first quarter of 2023, The Agency opened 10 new offices. During his career, Umansky has been involved in around $4 billion worth of sales. His notable sales include the Playboy Mansion, the first home in Los Angeles to sell for more than $100 million, the Walt Disney Estate, and residences formerly owned by Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and Prince.
