Vice Chair and Western Region Lead, Savills Inc.

As vice chair and Western Region lead, Sullivan is responsible for setting strategic goals for the firm’s seven West Coast offices, including six in California and one in Washington. He first joined the firm in 1986, when it was known as Studley. In 2003, he was appointed to the firm’s national board. He’s also a member of the U.S. Management Committee and the firm’s Law Firm Practice Group. Sullivan has been involved in global and regional headquarters lease negotiations for such companies and entities as Comcast, Westfield Corp., Panavision, ICM Partners, the city of Los Angeles, Time Inc., the State Bar of California and several law firms.
