Fenton serves as chief executive and co-founder of Carolwood Estates, a Beverly Hills-based boutique brokerage firm focusing on high-end properties. The company debuted in November and has roughly 90 top-producing agents and teams. With more than $6.5 billion in career sales, Fenton has represented some of the most significant estates in Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel Air. The native Angeleno has listed and sold more than 70 properties in excess of $20 million, including the Chartwell Estate in Bel Air at $150 million. He’s also listed and sold the Playboy Mansion, Frances Brody Estate, Owlwood, the Doheny Estate and Rosewood in Bel Air, among other legacy properties.
