Josker is responsible for the performance and entrepreneurial initiatives of its Southern California, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Texas and Hawaii offices. Under his management, more than 600 professionals advising clients across all brokerage service lines have closed approximately 6 billion square feet in transactions since January 2020. Prior to joining the company, Josker spent more than 10 years at CBRE Group Inc., leading brokerage and property management groups in Los Angeles. He also worked for developer Rick Caruso, where he was a vice president and general manager and held the title of senior general manager with shopping center giant Westfield.
