As executive vice president for Skanska, De Briere oversees commercial development projects in Los Angeles. Her job also entails land acquisition and tenant leasing. In 2019, she secured the group’s first Los Angeles site at 9000 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills. The 46,000-square-foot office project broke ground in 2020 and will be completed in the summer.
