During his career, he’s sold $8 billion worth of real estate, representing many notable names. Among his prominent deals last year was Tom Petty’s iconic beach house, which sold for $10.25 million. Two of his top sales in 2021 were on the Pacific Coast Highway for $87 million and $52 million. Prior to joining Compass in 2019, Cortazzo worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial Residential Brokerage. He’s involved in numerous charities including the Malibu Boys and Girls Club, UNICEF and Operation Smile.
