Chair, Lowe

Lowe serves as chair of Brentwood-based Lowe, the company he formed in 1972. Initially known as Lowe Enterprises, Lowe has led the company through the development, acquisition and management of more than $32 billion of real estate. Mike and Rob Lowe were named as co-CEOs in 2015, with founder Bob Lowe remaining as chair. In 2018, Lowe sold its hospitality management affiliate, Two Roads Hospitality, to Hyatt Corp. for $490 million. Three years later, the company launched its Denver-based commercial brokerage, Skye Commercial. A former board chair and director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, Lowe is also a life trustee and board chair emeritus at his alma mater Claremont McKenna College.
