Chair and Chief Executive, Related California

Bill Witte serves as chair and chief executive of Related California. Since founding the company in 1989, he’s been responsible for the financing and construction of more than 19,500 residential units, including more than 4,200 affordable and 7,300 market-rate units in pre-development, totaling more than $9.3 billion in assets. Prior to founding Related California, Witte served as Mayor Art Agnos’ Deputy Mayor for Housing and Neighborhoods and Director of Housing and Economic Development under Mayor Dianne Feinstein. He chairs the advisory board of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC and serves on the advisory boards of OC Human Relations Community Partners and Shelter Partnership in L.A.
