Executive Vice President, Southern California Region, Brookfield Properties

Dezzutti is responsible for Brookfield’s Southern California financial performance. The region includes more than 11 million square feet of premier class-A assets, primarily in the Los Angeles area. Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2008, Dezzutti was a senior vice president at Equity Office Properties and an executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield. A USC alum, Dezzutti serves on the board of governors of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and on the board of the Central City Association. He’s also involved in the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
