President and Chief Executive, Memorial Care
Arbuckle, who holds a Ph.D., is president and chief executive of MemorialCare, a Southern California nonprofit integrated health care system with more than 230 sites including Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach. Arbuckle is past chair of the Integrated Healthcare Association, California Hospital Association and March of Dimes – California. He is a member of the Health System Executive Council of the Bipartisan Policy Center and is chair of the Healthcare Leadership Council – both headquartered in Washington. In addition, he is chair of the MemorialCare Innovation Fund, a health care innovation investment company.
