Savills Pairs with Beverly Hills Estates for Brokers

Branden Williams and Rayni Williams are now the exclusive residential brokers for the U.S. West Coast for Savills.

Luxury real estate brokers Branden Williams and Rayni Williams have struck up a partnership between their Beverly Hills Estates brokerage with global firm Savills.

Under the partnership, the Williams duo will serve as the exclusive residential brokerage partner on the U.S. West Coast for Savills. The London-based Savills boasts more than 700 offices throughout the world, including 40 in the U.S. and Canada.

“Our clients don’t think in borders. They think in lifestyle, legacy and access,” Beverly Hills Estates Chief Executive Rayni Williams said in a statement. “Partnering with Savills expands what we can deliver for them: a seamless experience, aligned standards, and trusted advisors on the ground in the world’s most important luxury hubs. We are excited about what this unlocks for our clients and our agents.”

Leadership for both firms highlighted three motivations for the collaboration: adding a strong West Coast entry point for Savills’ international clients seeking real estate here; bolstering the Beverly Hills Estates listings to a wider audience; and providing each set of clients connections to properties and investments in the companion markets.

“The luxury buyer is global, and so is the conversation around where people want to live, invest, and spend time,” Beverly Hills Estates President Branden Williams said in a statement. “This partnership is about meeting that reality with intention. Savills brings an extraordinary international platform, and we bring deep West Coast market knowledge, relationship capital, and a marketing engine built for the top end of the market.”

North Americans growth

Savills has focused on expanding its North American presence this year.

The firm in March announced plans to acquire New York-based global real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured – which holds a significant operation in Santa Monica – for more than $1.11 billion. Reuters reported at the time of the deal announcement that North America was responsible for about 76% of Eastdil’s annual revenue.

With the Beverly Hills Estates, Savills now counts Los Angeles County’s top residential broker for 2025 – Branden Williams, with more than $1.63 billion in sales – along with a host of other broker teams in the nine-figure deal range among its affiliates. Branden and Rayni Williams have a combined $19 billion in career sales between the two of them.

“Our clients are more global than ever before and expect seamless service across residential markets worldwide,” Victoria Garrett, head of Savills Global Residential, said in a statement. “Rayni, Branden and their team’s unsurpassed knowledge of the local market, extraordinary service and innovative marketing strategies, teamed with our global expertise and expansive network, offers a client-centric approach that sets us apart.”
