Global franchising company FAT Brands Inc., which notably develops and acquires quick-service and casual dining concepts around the world, renewed its headquarters lease in Beverly Hills.

FAT Brands’ portfolio spans 18 restaurant brands and 2,300 units worldwide – including Fatburger, Johnny Rockets and Round Table Pizza. It occupies 15,300 square feet of office space at 9720 Wilshire Blvd.

The company has resided in its Beverly Hills office space since its founding in 2017, but renewed its lease for an undisclosed term amid company growth.

“This lease underscores FAT Brands’ commitment to growth and stability in an evolving market,” Gabe Brown, an executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. who represented FAT Brands in the re-signing, said in a statement.

“Additionally, this deal highlights the ongoing importance of physical office spaces and reflects a broader trend of growing resilience within the office sector as companies prioritize strategic locations that foster collaboration and spark innovation,” Brown added.

The property at 9720 Wilshire is an eight-story office tower known for its white arches.

The landlord, Anderson Real Estate, was represented by David Freitag, Rocky Binswanger and Kayla Rix of CBRE Group Inc., as well as Peter Best of L.A. Realty Partners.
