FabFitFun has signed a multi-year agreement for headquarters space at the WeWork Cos. Inc. location in the Pacific Design Center.
Membership box service FabFitFun is taking roughly 55,000 square feet, a full floor, in the Center's Green Building, located at 8687 Melrose Ave.
It is WeWork’s largest deal in the L.A. market.
“We are thrilled to welcome FabFitFun back into our space,” Elton Kwok, territory vice president for WeWork California, said in a statement.
“Over the past few years we have built a strong relationship with FabFitFun, and as their space needs have fluctuated WeWork has offered that flexibility. As companies return to the office, we are seeing an increased demand month over month for our product and the flexibility we can offer,” he added.
WeWork’s Green Building space has podcast studios, styling suites, photo and casting studios, director studios and a large classroom.
“We are very excited to have found a new home for FabFitFun and WeWork has not only been able to offer us the flexible office space solution that we were looking for but a fully furnished, beautifully designed space with access to incredible amenities for our growing team,” Michael Broukim, co-chief executive and co-founder at FabFitFun, said in a statement.
“As we look to return to work and the future of the workplace, the ability to quickly have access to turnkey, intentionally designed space is paramount,” he added.
CBRE Group Inc.’s John Zanetos, Chris Penrose, Phil Ruhl and Kelli Snyder represented WeWork. Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Duncanson and Marques Williams represented FabFitFun.
“This transaction is indicative of the increasing demand for flexibility that companies are seeking when planning for office space in a post COVID environment,” Zanetos said in a statement.
