Century Plaza, the $2.5 billion transformative 6-acre development located along Avenue of the Stars in Century City that the Reuben Brothers acquired earlier this year following the foreclosure of the Fairmont hotel, has recently signed on three new restaurant tenants, fostering excitement among the Los Angeles dining scene.

All three eateries – Estiatorio Milos, KYU and Sushi Noz – chose Century City to be their California debut.

“We have curated an unparalleled collection of internationally acclaimed dining concepts to transform Century Plaza into Los Angeles’ premier culinary destination,” David Reuben Jr. of Reuben Brothers said. 

Estiatorio Milos, an acclaimed Greek seafood restaurant led by chef Costas Spiliadis, will occupy 13,000 square feet of retail space along Constellation Avenue, facing Westfield Century City mall. Founded in Montreal, Milos’ new location will be its tenth restaurant worldwide.

Asian-inspired wood fire barbecue hotspot KYU, which first opened in Miami in 2016, will occupy 5,700 square feet of retail space in the heart of the development, directly across from Fairmont’s lobby. Led by chef Christoper Arellanes, KYU LA will be the chain’s fifth location.

Sushi Noz, a two Michelin star Japanese sushi bar overseen by chef Nozomu Abe, will occupy a 2,500-square-foot plaza position beneath Park Elm’s North Tower.

All three restaurants are expected to open late next year. Their emergence is part of Century Plaza’s broader vision, which includes the newly reimagined Fairmont hotel, the recently rebranded Park Elm residential towers and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
