Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. announced that one of its dealers had acquired TNT Trailer Sales in Troutdale, Oregon.

The newly acquired dealer will now operate under the name Pacific Coast Utility Trailer under its new owner, Utility Trailer of California in Fontana, which in turn is a dealer of the City of Industry-based Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co, according to a release from Jan. 9.

Allan Brown, a co-founder of Pacific Coast, will remain with the company as vice president of operations and general manager, while his business partner and company co-founder Chris McMullin will serve as director of business development.

Cory Pasek, chief executive of Utility Trailer of California, said the company was thrilled to welcome Brown and his team to the family.

Pacific Coast Utility Trailer has a team of 12 certified technicians who are proficient in servicing all Utility Trailer models.

Additionally, they are in the process of obtaining certification for trailer refrigeration unit mechanics for various brands, including Cargobull. The company is also expanding its mobile repair fleet to offer comprehensive trailer and trailer refrigeration unit services at customer locations.
