Chief Executive, Tinder
Iosotaluno stepped into the role of chief executive at dating app Tinder at the beginning of this year as its second female leader, after previously serving as its chief operating officer for a year. She worked at Tinder’s parent company, Match Group, for about five years, most recently as chief strategy officer. Match Group executives said that Iosotaluno’s appointment is aimed to help lead Tinder in its current efforts to improve user growth and retention, particularly among women and younger users. While Tinder reported declining user growth at the beginning of the year, the platform is still one of the most popular dating apps in the world. Before joining Match Group, Iosotaluno spent 15 years building and growing digital consumer services at brands including SoundCloud, Viacom Media Networks, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Warner Media LLC in various leadership roles.
