Ho is the co-founder and general partner at Fika Ventures, which opened in 2016 and has since become one of the most influential venture firms in Los Angeles. Fika makes seed-stage investment in startups and has about 65 companies in its portfolio. Ho is a serial entrepreneur and has founded several additional companies such as health tech company Navigating Cancer Inc. and location data company Factual. She is on the board of both the California Community Foundation and the UCLA Technology Development Group, and recently served as former Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Always loved that car, ultra-dependable, never let me down. However, I enjoy driving my electric car today.

The fact that L.A. is a true melting pot, and an imperfect paradise.
