Mahdessian co-founded ServiceTitan with Vahe Kuzoyan in 2012 and has overseen the Glendale-based company’s development from a plunky startup to a company with more than 11,800 trade customers and a valuation north of $9 billion. ServiceTitan develops software used by home services contractors, such as plumbers and electricians, and has become one of the biggest success stories in the Los Angeles tech world. Several outlets reported last year that the company is preparing for an initial public offering this year, after a canceled IPO plan in 2022. ServiceTitan has announced partnerships this year with companies including digital marketing platform Scorpion, home improvement and homeowners’ guidance firm Thumbtack and heating and air conditioning manufacturer Lennox International Inc.
