Coleman serves as the chief executive and chair of Brentwood-based Hudson Pacific Properties Inc., a real estate development company focused on media and technology. Specializing in entertainment properties, Hudson Pacific owns approximately 95 soundstages and 1,600 production vehicles across six global media markets. The company’s $700 million sale of One Westside and Westside Two in December was the largest full office sale in the country in 2023. Coleman serves on numerous boards, including the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Berkeley.
