Chief Executive, Owner, Overton Moore Properties
Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties in July 2000 and has since served as the chief executive and owner of the company. Since then, Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 30 million square feet of commercial property in California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Prior to joining OMP, Tecimer spent 12 years at Trammell Crow Co., and is currently active in the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the Young Presidents Organization. He is a member of the Ziman Center for Real Estate and the Anderson School at UCLA and served on the board of trustees of the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds a bachelor’s degree from USC and received an MBA from UCLA.
