Pardee is the founder and chief executive of Pardee Properties, a residential brokerage based in Venice. Since the firm’s inception in 2004, Pardee has sold over $7 billion worth of residential and commercial real estate across California. Outside of work, Pardee is a devoted philanthropist.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
The best advice I ever received was from my dad. There were a bunch of great sayings he would say, such as “don’t stop believing, keep going,” “think smarter, not harder,” “life is a game that I love to play,” and “the little things are the important things.”
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
My favorite movie is “About Last Night.” It’s a romantic comedy!
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
The best thing about living in L.A. is the creativity and the people.
