Owner, Operator Anjac Properties & The Orpheum Theatre
Needleman, who is known for his commitment to revitalizing downtown and building communities throughout Southern California, is the owner of the Orpheum Theatre, which features diverse events, screenings and concerts. He also oversees the Anjac Fashion Buildings, which house hundreds of tenants, further in an effort to contribute to downtown’s bustling economy. Additionally, Needleman founded Cast Real Estate Holdings and Kids from the Valley, entities that own and operate properties throughout Southern California. He’s been a member of the board at Dignity Health – California Hospital Medical Center since 2000. In 2019, the hospital began a $215 million campus expansion and modernization project.
