Founder, Executive Chair, Caruso
Caruso is the founder and executive chairman of Caruso, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the nation. Under his leadership, the company has achieved a compounded annual growth rate of nearly 20% since its inception and is behind some of the most imaginative retail destinations in the country, including The Grove, Palisades Village and The Americana at Brand. A former real estate lawyer, Caruso and his wife, Tina, founded the Caruso Family Foundation in 1991, which helps underserved children and their families break the cycle of poverty. Caruso recently served as chair of the board of trustees at USC, among other affiliations.
