Ziman is the co-founder and chair of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc., a leading owner and operator of industrial real estate with over $12 billion in assets. Ziman established and endowed the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and the Ziman Family Oncology Outpatient Center at City of Hope. He received his BA and JD degrees from the University of Southern California.
