Co-Founder, Principal, CIM Group
Ressler cofounded CIM Group in 1994, along with Avi Shemesh and Shaul Kuba. A principal at the company, Ressler chairs its executive, investment, allocation and real assets management committees. CIM’s portfolio includes $29.2 billion in assets owned and operated, nine corporate offices and over 1,000 employees, with projects across the Americas and in Western Europe. Prior to cofounding CIM, Ressler founded Orchard Capital Group, where he continues to oversee the companies in which Orchard Capital, or its affiliates, invest. Ressler, who earned his juris doctorate and MBA degrees from Columbia University, serves as board chair, chief executive and president of CIM Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. and chair of CIM Commercial Trust Corp.
