Sullivan is the chair of North American Brokerage for Savills, a London-based real estate property advisor. Since joining the firm in 1986, Sullivan has been instrumental in driving its growth in California. In his current role, he is responsible for setting the strategic goals for the firm’s brokerage business, which encompasses approximately 500 professionals and $400 million in revenue. He has transacted over 25 million square feet.
