Chief Executive, Universe Holdings
Manoucheri is the founder and chief executive of Universe Holdings, a privately held multifamily investment, ownership and management firm focused on value-add and off-market transactions. The company was founded by Manoucheri in 1994. Within the first year the company’s assets under management grew three times, from 400 to 1,200 units. Today, the company has completed investment transactions of more than 7,500 apartment units throughout Southern California, as well as New Jersey and Florida.

All “James Bond” movies.

Staying focused on family, my wife, my children and grandchildren, and enjoying the fruits of my accomplishments.

A Datsun.

What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
300-plus days of sunshine, mean temperature of 72 degrees, surf and ski the same day and tons of natural beauty and great cultural diversity.
