Owner, G.H. Palmer Associates
Palmer founded G.H. Palmer Associates in 1978. The diversified real estate company, based in Beverly Hills, owns a portfolio of more than 15,000 Southern California apartment units valued in excess of $6 billion and is actively seeking to diversify into other markets. It specializes in the acquisition and development of residential units, including single-family homes, townhomes, apartments and condominiums, as well as industrial properties. Palmer is a third-generation California builder and attorney. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate and holds a juris doctor degree from Pepperdine University’s School of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in the state of California in 1975 and is a member of the American Bar Association.
