President, Jamison Properties
Lee is the president of Jamison Properties, the development arm of Koreatown-based Jamison. Since Lee took over 10 years ago, the company has completed over 6,500 new apartment units including approximately 250 affordable units through ground-up construction and adaptive reuse conversions. Lee also oversees Jamison’s affiliated general contracting firms, which have built the majority of its development portfolio.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
You can’t be right all the time. There is never a perfect solution. The worst thing you can do is not do anything.
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
“The Godfather.”
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Spend some time living abroad in Asia.
