Fenton is the chief executive of Carolwood Estates, a boutique brokerage firm he founded in 2022 after 16 years at Hilton & Hyland. Fenton, who specializes in significant estate properties, primarily in the Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel Air areas, has listed and sold more than 70 properties in excess of $20 million each. He’s listed and sold the Playboy Mansion, Frances Brody Estate, Owlwood, Doheny Estate and Rosewood in Bel Air, among other legacy properties. Altogether, the native Angeleno has done more than $6.5 billion worth of career sales.  He was No. 10 on the Business Journal’s list of top residential real estate agents with $350 million in sales in L.A. last year.
