As president of the west region brokerage for Colliers U.S., Josker is responsible for the performance and entrepreneurial initiatives of the firm’s offices across California, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. Previously serving as president of U.S. southwest region brokerage, Josker’s executive oversight resulted in the region doubling its annual revenue.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
Be the hardest worker in every room you enter.
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
“Braveheart.”
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Vacation in the Maldives.
What was your first car?
1978 VW Scirocco; it was a real beater. I had to buy my own car, worked for every penny of the $1,000 and bought it when I was 16.
Like to have it back?
Definitely not.
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
The beach, of course!
