Saenger is the president and chief executive of Ratkovich Co., a role he took on in 2021 after 10 years with the company, first as the vice president of acquisitions and general counsel. This past year, Saenger, who serves on the board and executive committee at the Los Angeles County Business Federation, was named the founding co-chair of the executive initiative, which focuses on engaging top executives in key civic and policy-making issues. He continues to serve on the UCLA Anderson Forecast Board of Advisors and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce’s “The CEO Council.”

Get off the freeway, get out of your car and look around, because you can’t get to know a project or a neighborhood through a windshield.
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
“It’s A Wonderful Life” reminds me to appreciate the life I have.

I would like to have the manual transmission back, but not the rest of the car.
