The firm’s portfolio is made up of more than 13 million square feet of distribution, cold-storage and transportation-oriented properties. The firm has a project pipeline of approximately 2 million square feet in various stages of development and entitlement.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
From head of the USC Entrepreneur Program when in college: “Think lifestyle first before committing to a career path. Then create your work career around an ability to live the lifestyle you desire.”
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
As a child, the original “Star Wars” blew my mind.
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Bucket lists for me are usually around travel. New Zealand is at my top right now.
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
Outdoor lifestyle. Our great weather allows us to mountain bike, play golf or tennis, or go surfing most days of the year.
