Shemesh is a principal of CIM Group, the company he co-founded in 1994. Shemesh has worked to build the firm’s real estate, infrastructure and debt platforms, and serves on CIM’s investment and real asset management committees. He is responsible for CIM’s relationships with strategic institutions and oversees teams that are key for acquisitions, portfolio management, and internal and external communication. The company has $29.2 billion in assets owned and operated and over 1,000 employees. It has seven U.S. offices, as well as locations in Tokyo and London. Prior to CIM, Shemesh cofounded Dekel Development, which builds commercial and multifamily properties in L.A.
