Founder, Chief Executive, Palisociety
Brosh is the founder of Palisociety, a hospitality brand that houses four distinct hotel monikers: Palihouse, Palihotel, ARRIVE by Palisociety, Le Petit Pali plus a collection of independently branded properties. Brosh developed Paligroup in 1998 and he designed and built his first hotel, Palihouse West Hollywood, in 2008. He has since grown the Palisociety brand to include 19 hotel properties.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
At the start of my real estate career my dad told me that if I really wanted to be successful, I needed to have a top-to-bottom understanding of the math that drives real estate values. I very much took that to heart.
What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
I really like the “Jason Bourne” film franchise.
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
To expand Palisociety outside of the U.S.
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
Being able to live on the beach but still have access to all that a city like Los Angeles has to offer is really special.
