Smith is chief executive at Torrance insurance brokerage Keenan, where he has clocked in nearly 36 years. Under his leadership, the company has significantly increased its annual revenue and has developed several initiatives for employees to participate in service projects. He previously served as president of AssuredPartners, the parent brokerage to Keenan, and helped launch the company’s specialty provider, Accretive Insurance Solutions, in 2022.
