What’s the best advice you ever received?
The best advice that I have ever received was given to me when I was buying Gearys Beverly Hills. Darrell Ross of Ross-Simons, told me, “You’re buying a company that’s going to grow, and you’ll have many people working for you doing many things. Always make sure that you manage the cash” – and I have done just that.
