Berman co-founded toy company Jakks Pacific Inc. in 1995. He has served as executive vice president, secretary and director, and was named chief executive in 2010. The toymaker’s net sales last year were $712 million, a 11% year-over-year decrease. It also posted adjusted net income of $48.9 million, an increase from adjusted net income of $43.6 million in 2022. Jakks Pacific’s proprietary brands include Fly Wheels, Perfectly Cute, ReDo Skateboard Co., Sky Ball, AirTitans, Disguise, Moose Mountain, SportsZone, Maui, Kids Only!, Xtreme Power Dozer, and C’est Moi clean beauty product line. Jakks also sells a wide range of licensed products from the Walt Disney Co., Warner Bros., Sega, NBCUniversal, Microsoft and Nintendo.
