President, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Americas & India
As the President of Americas and India at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Razdan leads a $250 million rapidly growing business with 250 cafes, office services and an ecommerce business across four countries. This year the company is expanding into new markets including Canada and Mexico. In 2020, Razdan founded Gleam Network, a nonprofit, volunteer network that provides mentorship and leadership development to the underserved in the foodservice industry. Prior to joining Coffee Bean in 2021, Razdan was chief operating officer at healthy food quick-service restaurant chain Sweetgreen where he led the rapid scaling and omni-channel transformation of the brand.
