Mikulka leads the consumer technology practice team at Alston & Bird, where she has been a partner with the downtown office since 2019. Routinely ranked among the world’s top intellectual property strategists, Mikulka was in August appointed by the American Bar Association as special adviser to the organization’s Commission on Women in the Profession. She is also co-founder of women’s leadership group Carry As You Climb.
